RESTRICTION OF SALE - WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
Palisade Greenhouse, Inc., is a strictly wholesale grower and supplier of bedding plant products intended solely for use within the "green" industry. In general, we sell exclusively to other wholesale greenhouse growers and producers, retail garden outlets, floral shops, and properly licensed landscapers and landscape/gardeners. Below is a list of the main terms that must be met in order to qualify as a wholesale purchaser from PGI.

1. All product purchased must be offered for resale to the general public. If you are a landscaper, your services must be available as such to the general public. "End-users" of our product are not considered eligible for purchasing even if they are a fully constituted "business."
2. You must have a State of Colorado Sales Tax License or Exemption Certificate or see #4 below.
3. You must have a display area where plant material is sold to the general public and can be properly maintained and cared for.
4. If you are a landscaper or landscape/gardener, you must be properly licensed for business in your state and/or county/city and you must be someone who installs plants and offers other landscape services as YOUR PRINCIPLE business. If your business does not have a sales tax license, PGI is required to collect the proper State sales tax and Mesa county sales tax for point of sale in Mesa county.
5. If you are an installer of any type of "woody" plant within Colorado, your business is required to have a "Nursery License." 6. Our stock is offered at our wholesale price to knowledgeable professionals (in the "green" industry) only. The buyer certifies that all goods purchased are for use or consumption in connection with the production, sale and/or installation of horticultural, agricultural or forest products as a business enterprise and are not for personal use or consumption. If for any reason, PGI should discover that product purchased from us at wholesale pricing is for personal use, we reserve the right to cancel customers account without prior notice.
