Palisade Greenhouse, Inc. is currently shipping annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, various containers and Versa Plug® stock across the Western Slope of Colorado and eastern Utah (Moab). Please refer to the chart below for our shipping schedule to see when we ship to your area. All shipped orders will incur a fuel surcharge based on a percentage of the dollar value of your order and on the mileage to your drop location. A 3% invoice discount is available for all customers who pick up their order at our facility. The chart below represents our current fuel surcharge rates based on distance from our business location in Palisade, CO. 
Local Deliveries (Grand Valley area only) 2.25%
Up to 90 miles 2.5%
91 - 145 miles 2.275%
146 - 200 miles 3.0%
200 miles or more (includes Wyoming) 3.25%

Discount Notice: Orders that are valued above $5,000, and that ship on a single truck to a single drop location are eligible to have their fuel surcharge removed.

Customers delaying PGI delivery trucks for unloading will be subject to an additional charge. Please be prepared to unload the truck when it arrives. Failure to receive your order in a timely manner impacts other customers and their schedules as well.

Important Notice!

Our minimum order amount for shipping to your location is $500 and we can only allow one drop point per order. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. If your order falls below the minimum, you may pick it up at our facility in Palisade, CO and avoid the fuel surcharge as well as receive 3% off your invoice total. Please note: when picking up your order here, we are unable to provide shipping material such as shelves, boards, wrapping, etc. Please come prepared with your own materials. We require 24 hour notice for pickup orders.

This schedule is subject to change during the season. We may have to alter our schedule to accommodate either high or low volume periods.

Monday:	Large-volume, contract material only.
Tuesday:	Parachute/Rifle/New Castle/Glenwood Springs; Carbondale/ Basalt area;  Aspen/Snowmass area
Wednesday:	Paonia/Delta/Montrose/Ridgway/Telluride;  Aspen/Snowmass area
Thursday:	Gypsum/Eagle/Vail Valley;  Summit County; Steamboat Springs/Meeker/Hayden/Craig;  Local - Grand Valley
Friday:	Crested Butte/Gunnison/Lake City;  Large-volume, contract material
Saturday:	No deliveries or make-up only

DISCOUNTS: PGI offers the following discounts
1. Internet Ordering - all orders placed online will receive a 3% invoice discount. Does not apply to Versa Plugs. May be combined with any other discount.  
2. Pick-up Discount - Bedding Plant orders picked up at our facility
will have fuel surcharge removed and will receive a 3% discount. Does not apply to non-wholesale purchasers or Versa Plug orders. May be combined with internet ordering discount.  
3. Volume Shipping Discount - Orders that total over $5000 in product value, ship on one truck and have only one drop point will have fuel surcharge removed. May be combined with internet discount or other volume discounts.
4. Volume Purchasing Discount - discounts of 5 & 10% available to qualifying customers. Established on prior seasons total purchasing & payment history. If qualified, you will be automatically notified by PGI. Applies to line item products. Excludes 10" & 12" baskets, #2 geraniums and custom planting items. May be combined with internet ordering, pick-up discount or volume shipping discount.
